The 123\GB-4-R-V replaces most 4 cylinder Lucas-distributors for engines in British (hence 'GB') cars, in which the distributor shaft turns in a counter clockwise (CCW) direction. Therefor the 123\GB-4-R-V can also be used in most Rovers with a 4 cylinder engine (negative earth only).
